Any time someone is given the forum to respond, instantly, and doesn't use it... they have to get the thumbs down in my book. In this age especially, PR people that immediately hide behind the scheduled press conference 48 hours after an incident are in big trouble. Have a plan in place for the potential if. At least that way, you have a chance to respond in a timely manner. I agree with you 100%, Justin.
