There are still some big questions with management (it&#039;s hard to argue that they seem like they have a plan and know what they&#039;re doing), but it&#039;s still a huge property with amazing market share in display especially.
Even if they&#039;re declining in search, they still have one in five people going through them!  That&#039;s huge money.  Going through with Google would have cut their legs.  Why would someone need to sign up with them at all, if they could just appear on Google through Yahoo!?
