Executive Assistant

Please note: this position’s work will be performed on site, in either our Pittsburgh or Wheeling, WV office.

About the Position

Broadly, you’ll assist and free up the President to drive key initiatives to grow and otherwise improve the agency.  This isn’t a personal assistant role – you won’t be picking up dry cleaning.

Day to day, you’ll work directly with the President and other team members, having both ongoing duties and special projects.  It includes many of the duties you’d expect, such as scheduling, prioritizing, anticipating needs, researching and making recommendations, typing and drafting, admin work, special assignments, screening calls, and follow-ups.

Who You Are

You have 5-7+ years’ admin experience, including at least part of that time as an assistant to upper management.  Your friends, bosses, and coworkers describe you as:

  • Thorough in note taking
  • Discreet
  • Having strong computer experience and the ability to learn new programs
