Robbie Netz-Roth

As a Senior Client Success Manager, Robbie helps make clients’ business dreams come true through confident project management and clear communication.

Robbie earned his Bachelor of Science in Public Relations with a minor in Communication Studies from West Virginia University.

Robbie has a ton of experience in a diverse array of marketing initiatives and projects. An exhaustive list would exceed our word count, so we’re just going to summarize a few of the big ones:

• Robbie was the account manager for 30+ clients across North America for another restaurant company. Robbie helped restaurants create marketing plans, emails, organic and paid social media, reputation management, and SMS marketing.
• As a Marketing Consultant, Robbie managed the email & SMS marketing for international restaurant brands, helping them plan out every quarter, work with graphic designers to design their emails, plan their SMS content & increase revenue.
• In his role as a Social Media Strategist for an agency, Robbie handled all social media accounts, from the creation of a strategy document to managing client communications, write the content, schedule it, and manage client communication.
• With the number one restaurant booked on OpenTable, Robbie worked his way up to Contact Center Assistant Manager, where he assisted in the creation of a Call Center, overseeing all the calls from 4 restaurants at the time. Robbie helped shape the training, hiring and was the main point of contact for guest relations.

When we say that Robbie’s done everything in marketing, we’re not kidding–from helping a healthcare client throw a large person event targeted towards teens to reputation management, billboards, TV advertising and so much more there just isn’t room for it all. We’re lucky to have his vast skillset working for our clients, now, and Robbie’s thrilled to pitch in.

Robbie and his husband like to spend weekends hitting the yard sales and flea markets, sometimes with their adorable canine companion, Meryl, or attending concerts.
