Client Success Manager

Karim Alsharif

Karim Alsharif opens client conversations the way most people wish more professionals would: by actually listening. As a Client Success Manager at DOM, his job is to manage day-to-day account relationships, guide digital marketing strategy, and translate SEO and paid media work into results that mean something to the people on the other end of the account.

He brings nine years of marketing and communications experience to that role, spanning advertising agencies, nonprofit organizations, and international digital advertising. That breadth matters in client work. Someone who has operated across that range of organizational contexts understands that the same strategy does not land the same way in every environment, and that the real work of account management is figuring out what a particular client actually needs.

Karim holds a degree in Public Relations, Advertising and Applied Communications from Florida International University, a foundation that reflects the two things his career has consistently required of him: the ability to build relationships and the ability to communicate clearly across different audiences. Nine years of practice has not diminished either skill.

He joined DOM two months ago, arriving with the kind of experience that tends to make an immediate difference in a client-facing role. His colleagues will note that his first internal presentation at DOM was on the subject of crow intelligence, which is either a sign of someone who pursues knowledge in unexpected directions or someone who understands that the most memorable way to introduce yourself is to say something genuinely interesting. At DOM, we suspect it is both.
