We’re Expanding! SEM Headquarters Relocating to S. Wheeling, WV

We have some exciting news (for us) and the only way I know how to share it is by doing what many thought was impossible: 2 blog posts in 2 consecutive days.

For those of you not familiar with Direct Online Marketing’s story, I founded the company back in 2006, when we moved into our first real office space in downtown Wheeling that year. We’ve had our ups and downs like all businesses, but have continued to grow steadily to the point where we needed to find a location to call our own. Wanting to stay in Wheeling WV in the heart of the Ohio Valley near Pittsburgh and our C-city friends in Ohio, we began looking until we found the perfect opportunity.

Sometime in May we’ll be moving to our new office in South Wheeling (still just plain old Wheeling for mailing purposes) in our own stand-alone building currently undergoing total renovation. For those of you interested in this sort of thing, here you go:

Update: Just because I think it’s too funny  not to share, my friend Andrea replied on twitter, “very exciting. Are you waiving late fees?” I hadn’t thought about it, but sure – move in special!  (If you like good music, you should follow her: @ADeLesDernier)

Our Protection

As you can see, buying a former video store does have its perks as they threw in the guard for free.  Although, this admittedly isn’t as good as the “Bob’s Gard Duty” sign that was originally there.  I swear I took a picture before someone threw it out.  Will definitely update if I can find it.
