Subscribe to the DOM newsletter and get everything you’d miss if you didn’t.

Look, you can’t be everywhere all the time. There’s always something happening in the wild, wonderful world of digital marketing and if you miss something important that everybody else knows, then you’re going to be running to catch up to your competition. You don’t want to lose to your competition, right? Of course not!

Subscribing to our newsletter is not going to beat your competitors, but it will do all but one of these:

  • Tell you the latest important news in digital marketing and all the other stuff we cover
  • Give you actual, real takes by DOM’s top brains and what it all means
  • Share an exclusive little snippet of our latest strategy that you can implement today
  • Shine your shoes, chew your gum and walk your dog, all at the same time

And even better, if you ask me, it’s written by an actual human being using his actual fingers on an actual keyboard. Doesn’t that feel like a novelty these days? We used to have to do everything that way but browse a little on LinkedIn (did you know they introduced a “Report Slop” button lmao) and you will see how ding dang rare it is anymore.

We think you deserve better than what AI does, because if AI can do it for me, it can do it for you, and it can do it for literally anybody else. You can give it all the cool prompts you want, but it’s only ever going to give you the same thing it gives everybody. My belief is that if you didn’t bother to write it, why should I bother to read it?

The DOM newsletter is written by human beings (this human, specifically) and it’s got all the little idiosyncrasies of a person pounding the keys. I try my best to get rid of the typos because I still have some standards, but unconventional grammar, mixed metaphors, made-up words and creative sentence constructions could never be replicated by a chatbot, would never occur in LLM output and is a sure sign that a flawed (but devastatingly handsome) man was behind it.
