Matt Merlino is a Senior Creative, Design Lead at DOM. While specializing in graphic design, he possesses nearly a decade of experience helping companies turn artistic dreams into well-rounded award-winning creative assets that range from corporate identity, social media, and motion graphics to UI/UX, video production and editing, and photography.
His career started after graduating from Robert Morris University with a Bachelor’s degree in Media Arts/Graphic Design.
Matt’s prior work experience includes creative leadership in multiple agency settings, leading design teams both large and small: spearheading thousands of design projects in the advertising, news, and higher-education industries.
When Matt is not designing for DOM, he can almost certainly be found expressing his creativity in other ways. He’s a diehard Pittsburgh sports fan and has yet to attend a Steelers game where the team has lost. We would not be shocked to find Matt exploring Walt Disney World (has visited 10 times to this point), reading, grilling out, hosting and producing his podcast, or hanging out with his family.
