Remember our Veterans

We’d like to take this time to publicly thank our veterans and currently enlisted soldiers for all their sacrifices for keeping America safe and free. The point was really driven home for me last week when we were setting teams for our local old man’s hockey league. One of the Army Reservists asked if a few of his buddies could get a price break to only play half the season since they’re getting deployed January 1.

Here’s a remarkable video showing the human element of how being gone affects these brave soldiers and their families. If you do not bawl, you are a soulless android with a Vulcan heart.
