Your campaigns can work harder (and we'll prove it every month)
Every successful company has that one person who understands the intricate details of the company’s processes, no matter how complex or evolved those affairs may be. For DOM, that person is Director of Operations, Nikki Powley.
Nikki is a strategic thinker with well-rounded knowledge of PPC advertising, organic search, project management, and client services. This experience allows her to navigate the labyrinth of ongoing business initiatives at a dynamic ad agency. Nikki began her DOM journey in the trenches of our digital advertising department, so she understands what our clients need; she knows what it’s like to dig into the nitty-gritty of advertising strategy.
Nikki scrutinizes every DOM protocol and process with the end goal of making clients ecstatic. And no detail is too small to examine; everything is on the table. She’s determined to ensure that DOM continues its track record of high client retention. As always at DOM, there are no long-term contracts, so clients can cancel whenever they like. But most stick around for the long haul.
Nikki oversees DOM’s hiring process, where we compete in the greater Pittsburgh area’s highly competitive technology market. To succeed for our clients, DOM must continually bring in the best talent.
Nikki’s robust contribution to DOM’s tech talent acquisition begins and ends with her foundational understanding of every DOM digital marketing service. She doesn’t focus on recruiting people competent in just one area, but rather those who will contribute across multiple DOM capacities.
Anyone who works with Nikki will tell you she’s dependable, almost to a fault. When a team member or client needs assistance, day or night, Nikki makes herself available.
A Point Park alum, Nikki splits her work days between Wheeling and Pittsburgh. In her spare time, Nikki enjoys exploring craft breweries with her husband and spending time with her son, Connor.
