Nikki began her DOM journey in the trenches of our digital advertising department, so she understands what our clients need; she knows what it’s like to dig into the nitty-gritty of advertising strategy.
Nikki scrutinizes every DOM protocol and process with the end goal of making clients ecstatic. And no detail is too small to examine; everything is on the table. She’s determined to ensure that DOM continues its track record of high client retention. As always at DOM, there are no long-term contracts, so clients can cancel whenever they like.
